Sanjiao Tea Ceremony

About the Sanjiao Tea Ceremony

About the Founder: Master Jianping Wang

Master Jianping Wang is a renowned ambassador of Chinese tea culture and the founder of the Sanjiao tea ceremony. He serves as a distinguished tea-culture lecturer at the Palace Museum School and is the owner of Jundao Tea House, having devoted decades to preserving and sharing the heritage of Chinese tea.

Master Wang's great vow: to help 100 million people love themselves through the Sanjiao tea ceremony, live to the "tea age" of 108, and reach the end of life free of illness.

Where does the Sanjiao tea ceremony come from?

Master Wang combined the habits of modern life with his understanding of the movement of qi, his knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, and his insight into the body's meridian pathways — and, most importantly, the understanding of tea handed down from the ancients together with his own. Like refining an elixir, he distilled everything he had learned, and over half a year created the Sanjiao tea ceremony.

The practice teaches you to experience the wonderful sensation of tea's energy moving through the body. Together with drinking the Sanjiao wellness tea he blends himself, it rebuilds your body's system of awareness: one sip of tea and the energy reaches the soles of your feet — they grow warm, and your toes begin to tingle. A real, tangible experience.

What it is

At its heart, the Sanjiao tea ceremony is a method for restoring sub-health conditions — simple, efficient, easy to learn and easy to keep up, and quick to bring noticeable results. It is also fine tea: specially blended by Master Wang, brewed directly without rinsing, and tested to pesticide-residue standards far stricter than Japan's, the tea serves as an energetic catalyst that helps open the Sanjiao (Triple Burner).

Beyond the method and the tea, it is a community built on mutual trust, positive energy, and love — and a tool for training awareness, bringing spirit, soul, mind, intention, and will back into alignment.

What it is not

The Sanjiao tea ceremony is not direct selling or a pyramid scheme, nor a religious or spiritual organization, and it is not part of the "mind-body-spirit" scene.

It is also important to note that the practice does not treat disease — if you are ill, please see a doctor. It does not reject Western or Chinese medical treatment; the tea practice can go hand in hand with proper medical care.

Core Principles

The practice rests on three core principles: sinking the qi to the dantian, stretching and lengthening the spine, and maintaining awareness. As you drink, let the breath settle naturally into the lower dantian, allow the spine to lengthen as the body relaxes, and stay clearly aware throughout.

Results of Sustained Practice

With sustained practice, health returns to body and mind, joy arises naturally from the inside out, and many practitioners even describe a renewed, more youthful state of being — as if time were turning back.

Keys to Quick Results

The keys to quick results are simple: practice consistently, follow the guidance, and listen to fellow practitioners' sharing. Day-by-day persistence, together with an open heart, lets the results come naturally.

Stories from our community

We would like to share some of the beautiful feedback we have received:

Participants gathered around the tea table during a Sanjiao tea ceremony

“My connection with the Sanjiao tea ceremony practice began on December 8, 2023, in the Wuyi Mountains. At that time I was struggling with moderate depression and depended on medication to get through the day, and the side effects were deeply affecting my life and my work. I soon realized that something had to change, so I decided to try stopping the medication and instead joined the Sanjiao practice every morning at six o'clock.

Before I knew it, change had quietly taken hold. I began to sleep soundly for about four hours, and even after waking I could stay in a state of deep, restful relaxation. Little by little, life and work returned to their original course. At a gathering in 2024 I met a German doctor of biomedicine who measured my life energy with his instrument. The reading suggested that my depressive state was being held steadily in check by some kind of practice. Curious, he asked what I practiced. I told him: the Sanjiao tea ceremony — and that I drink Sanjiao tea every morning and join the six o'clock online practice group.

I have shared this experience many times. Fellow tea practitioners have asked me how I came out of depression without medication. My answer is always the same: “Keep up the Sanjiao practice, and be sure to drink the Sanjiao tea along with it.” To this day I have been practicing and drinking Sanjiao tea for more than two years. My life now feels both sunlit and gentle — clear, steady, and full of inner strength.”
